Per-trade analysis

Open any trade from the Trades list and click Analyse with AI. Edgelogbook sends the full trade context to the AI: symbol, direction, entry/exit prices and times, P&L, your journal notes, and setup tag.

The analysis covers:

• Execution quality relative to your stated setup
• Risk/reward assessment and sizing commentary
• Whether the trade is consistent with your historically profitable patterns
• One or two specific, actionable suggestions for the next similar trade

Analyses are cached — re-opening a trade shows the stored result rather than consuming another credit.

Full portfolio review

In the AI Coach tab, click Run Full Analysis. Edgelogbook sends a summary of your recent trades (up to 200, filtered to closed trades with P&L) including timestamps, setups, journal notes, and outcomes.

The review identifies:

• Your strongest and weakest setups by expectancy and profit factor
• Time-of-day and day-of-week tendencies
• Emotional state correlations if you've been rating your trades
• Sessions that stand out as statistical outliers
• A prioritised list of specific process improvements

Chat coach

The chat interface in the AI Coach tab lets you ask questions grounded in your trade history. Examples:

• "What is my win rate on ORB trades taken before 10am?"
• "Am I sizing too large on days following a losing session?"
• "Compare my Tuesday and Wednesday performance this month."
• "What should I focus on this week to improve consistency?"

Chat is stateful within a session — follow-up questions work naturally. Starting a new session clears the history.

Plan limits

Usage resets on the 1st of each month. Your current usage is visible on the Settings page inside the app.
